Director Hawkins was sworn in for a second four-year term in May of 2023. 

I was born and raised in Colorado, and have lived in the Falcon area since 2000 with my wife, Kristy. Calling Falcon home for over two decades has made me greatly appreciate the community. From raising our children on the great plains to enjoying a quiet life outside of the hustle and bustle, Falcon has served us greatly. As a Colorado Native, I enjoy most activities that take place outdoors. I’m an avid hunter and enjoy fishing and camping in the summer months. The Falcon area continues to be one of the best communities to live in, and I’m glad to see it only improving as the years go by.

I wanted to continue serving on the Falcon Fire Protection Board of Directors for our community and first responders of Falcon Fire. I have always valued the service provided to our community by Falcon Fire. I recall when there was less than a handful of professional staff, most were our neighbors volunteering to protect each other. While the makeup of Falcon Fire is mostly professional staff, they all have a caring attitude for our neighbors. I continue to be impressed with the fiscal responsibility and service level Falcon Fire provides to our community. They save lives and property assets every day! I am honored to continue to serve the Falcon community and the first responders of Falcon Fire.
